Returns

The window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first by email or WhatsApp with your order number and we will send the return address. We may not be able to trace a parcel sent back without prior contact.

Conditions

• Unworn and unaltered, with the original packaging and any certificate
• The pouch and jewellery box must come back with the piece
• Send it in the original or equivalent protective packaging, by a tracked service

What we cannot take back

• Made-to-order pieces, engraving, and commissions to your specification
• Anything worn, cleaned professionally, or altered
• Returns missing the original packaging or certificate
• Tanimanidis collector’s sculptures (these are commissioned works)

Costs and refunds

• Faulty piece, or our error: we cover postage both ways
• Change of mind: return postage is yours
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and checking the piece

A note on Hong Kong law

Hong Kong does not impose a statutory cooling-off period on sales of this kind. This policy is a voluntary guarantee offered by the brand; it does not affect your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance.
