The terms that apply when you use this site and when you buy from us.
1. This website
This site is operated by Seed of Life Hong Kong as the brand’s Hong Kong showcase and sales channel. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Prices and currency
Pieces are priced in euro. The Hong Kong dollar amounts shown are a reference conversion at the daily reference rate. The amount actually charged is fixed at the rate applying when you confirm your order, and is stated clearly before payment.
3. Orders and acceptance
Sending an enquiry or an order does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm availability and receive payment. If a piece cannot be supplied, we refund in full.
4. Descriptions
Natural stones and handmade work vary in colour, texture and small dimensions; this is normal. Product photographs show the actual pieces, but colours differ between screens.
5. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, design figures and marks on this site belong to the brand or its licensors. They may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
