Shipping & duties

Shipping cost

• Orders of HK$2,000 or more: free delivery
• Below HK$2,000: a flat HK$120
• Every order ships by tracked international courier, insured

Timing

• In-stock designs: dispatched 3–5 working days after payment, then about 5–10 working days in transit
• Made-to-order pieces (some gemstone settings, the 14K gold designs): 2–4 weeks to make, plus transit
• Tanimanidis collector’s works: lead times in months; we confirm before you order

Duties and taxes

Hong Kong is a free port. Jewellery is not subject to import duty, and there is no import VAT, so nothing is added when your parcel arrives. If you ask us to ship outside Hong Kong, any duty or import tax raised locally is payable by the recipient; we will tell you the expected amount before dispatch.

Packaging

Every piece comes in its branded box with a pouch, ready to give. If you would like a handwritten card enclosed, say so in your enquiry.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Athens. If anything goes wrong in transit, contact us first — sorting out a delayed shipment is our job, not yours.
