Will the silver tarnish?
The surface is rhodium plated, so it resists discolouration in normal wear. Long exposure to perfume, sweat or sulphur can still dull it slightly; a soft cloth brings it back.
Is everything in stock?
Some designs are held in stock, others are made to order. Availability on the product page reflects the last check — ask us and we will confirm the exact timing within one working day.
Can you alter the size, or engrave?
Yes. Engraving and specified chain lengths are made to order, add 1–2 weeks, and cannot be returned. Tell us in your enquiry.
How can I pay?
Local Hong Kong e-wallets, local and international cards, and bank transfer. All payments run through an encrypted payment gateway — we never handle your full card number.
Do you ship outside Hong Kong?
Yes, but the prices and delivery terms on this site are set for Hong Kong. Shipping to other regions and any local taxes are quoted separately.
Can I choose the chain length?
Most pendants arrive on a 45cm silver chain; the ankh series comes on 75cm. If you need another length, ask us and we will confirm whether it is possible.
How do I clean a piece with moving wings?
A soft cloth and lukewarm water only. No ultrasonic cleaner and no soaking solutions — hinges do not belong in either.
